Hi All;

Just back from a week's postpartum care in Tampa Bay with a family I

cared for in Santa Barbara with their first, now 2 and SOOOOO cute!

THey are doing very well, good thing she called on me as she was

undernourished and looking too " good " too fast. Now the flat tum is

balanced by good food and her sis just arrived from India to help.

The classical 10 day growth spurt was 1/2 day late (baby WAS induced -

anyone notice this factor with induced babies? I'm figuring it is

likely involved. Baby also barely 5 lbs, but gaining well now).

Rebecca, all, I beleive that automatically takes off any

attachments. Best to just cut and paste, or like Adrienne said, add

it to the files (see on the left links list? Files ... directions are

there). Knowing that, it ain't so hard. Thanks for your

perserverance, and bringing Todd's reply to us. I had posted the

questoin there, but wasnt' online to read it.

I have some of this kefir culture from the Tibetan monestary which

Tovia and Will gave me a year ago - having read Dr. Mercola's

discussion on Kefir, I'll be recommending that over yogurt anyday.

Has to be plain, Lifeway brand is best if not homemade. Homemade

requires a totally different type of starter, cant use the kefir even

plain fro the store. Dr. Mercola sells a temporary starter - I don't

know how that works as his " wears out " after so many starts, mine just

grows gradually.

Warm Regards;

Martha
