Guest guest
Vicky, Cry it out?!! Oh, dear. I thought Dr. Spock had finally been laid to rest. Two thoughts come to mind for your little one: 1. St. Joan's (John's) Wort is a protector plant, great against nightmares. If it grows by you, you can collect and hang springs around or over his bed. Ask the spirit of the plant for your help as you gather. You can also use the flower essence internally, place a few drops in his water, or topically on pulse points or chakras. 2. ....or you can use it and other plants for herbal bathing! Some great ones include Rosemary, Basil, Rue, and Motherwort. But any plant you love and pray to with an open heart will be happy to help you! For a great discussion on how to do an herbal bath, please see http://www.wisewomanhood.com/maya_spiritual.htm A friend of mine said a week of evening herbal baths, burning copal (or white sage, use what you have and love) and prayers totally healed her son's nightmares.
