This person named Mike is a friend, younger than me, about the age of my

son. His father is an old friend and about my age.

He called on Christmas eve to tell me about this. I was out working at the

time. Matter of fact, I worked all day, and even some late pm due to virus

and trojan infections at a customer location.

Doctors have tried to get Mike to take drugs but he refused.

Another Success Story

Hi Wayne,

You and I have talked before about my beating anxiety disorder with

simple nutrition. Last year my cholesterol was considered high, but my

triglycerides were 900. (yes, you are reading that correctly)

I am 5 foot 8 inches tall, I weigh 260 pounds. I am a body builder, but

according to mainstream medical media I am about 90 pounds overweight. My

blood pressure is 130/80 and I can run an 8 minute mile Not bad for a 260

pounder.

Here are the results of my physical yesterday:

Overall cholesterol: 185

HDL: 4.5

LDL: 2.7

Triglycerides: 158

Total bodyfat: 21%

Granted, 21% bodyfat isnt good enough for Mr. Universe, But I don`t look

bad in the beach by any means.

So how have I achieved these numbers?

1. I eat at least 300 grams of protein a day, All from fried eggs and

red meat, Lots of trail mix, As we all know nuts are high in fat, but it is

the type of fat.

2. I eat no sugar, keep the carbs low. my carbs come from leafy green

vegetables. although I do have 1 cheat day per week. I like beer, so 1 day

a week i drink 4 to 5 beers, NEVER any hard liquor due to the high glycemic

index in hard liquor

And when I eat, I really eat..I wont even consider a steak less than 1

pound. I prefer 2 pounds at a meal, at least 3 to 5 fried eggs at a time 5

days per week.

To sum all of this up: eat what you like, but stay away from solids and

liquids with a high glycemic index. For further reference read Dr. Adkins book.

This is another example of how mainstream medical is programming you to

die at age 70. even my doctor was astonished with these cholesterol numbers

with the diet that I eat. I think he will open his eyes now.
