Guest guest
Hi, There is no doubt that the FO/CC contains calories. It may mean that for the benefits to be gained one may have to cut down somewhere else. Neither the FO or the CC by itself causes the bloated feeling. I am heavier than I want to be and I will cut down. It isn't the same thing, but I am reminded of the lady who went to a doctor to have him set up a diet so she would lose weight. He did so. She came back in a month complaining that she had gained weight. The doctor asked her if she had eaten anything other than the diet he set up. She replied, " Only my regular meals. " A number of years ago a younger sister had a brain tumor. She would not use flax Oil. She had been conscious of her weight ever since a couple of older brothers in youth's unthinking ways used to call her fatso. She said she didn't need those calories. She died over two years ago. We miss her. I need the discipline to do what must be done. However, if my choice is being a little heavy and alive or thin and dead, my coice is a no brainer.
