I have been using the protocol for 2 weeks now and already feel the effects and see the benefits. I am 34 years old and my skin has never looked better - my mood has lifted - I seem to have more energy. The only thing is that I have gained weight (about 7 lbs.) which I am already trying to lose - I also feel bloated after consuming the flaxseed oil...... Is this due to the oil itself or the cottage cheese? I have been eating a reasonably low-carb diet for about 1 month now and have seen great results until I added the flaxseed oil and cottage cheese to the regimen. If the culprit is the flaxseed oil, is there another source of omega 3's someone would recommend as a substitute? Is flaxseed oil superior to fish oil? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.....
