Guest guest
Jessica, I couldn't open the web page, but it sounds fishy to me. Ever heard of Essiac tea? Do a search and read about it and cancer. You can make it yourself too, only 4 herbs are involved. No one pill could cure diabetes in any form, that is the modern medicine mentality creeping in. There are no magic bullets. Same for epilepsy, or any other serious disorder. That doesn't mean you can't beat it naturally though. Go into the files and you will find some great, no nonsense, easy to understand articles and remedies. Also, Doc's number is in there, use it, he doesn't bite... hard LOL! and welcome to the group ;-) Janet - Jessica herbal remedies Wednesday, November 13, 2002 11:44 AM [herbal remedies] Hi I'm new Hi I'm new. I'm so tired of "Western" medicine. It's getting me no where. I have a few questions I hope you can help me with.My boyfriend's Aunt has cancer. It started as melanoma, but has now spread to her lymph nodes. I was searching the internet and came upona website (http://www.altcancer.com/cansema.htm) that sells "Cansema". Has anyone here heard of this kind of treatment, do you know if it works? They have Salve, Tonic, and pills. It's all natural and they list the ingredients on their website. But, My boyfriend always gets ripped off so he actually looked up Cansema and found anti-herbal remedy websites bashing it. Saying that it will kill you. Another thing this website has is HRx which "cures" type one diabetes, which is what my boyfriend has. Does anyone know about this? One more (and that's all for now, I promise) does anyone know an herbal remedy that can help epilepsy?I really appreciate any answers you can provide.Thank you,JessicaFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. If you are pregnant, consult your physician before using any natural remedy. 3. Guest guest
Try this link. http://www.altcancer.com/ I don't trust it b/c it sounds too good to be true. I emailed them to ask a question a week ago and I haven't received an answer so that's definitely a bad sign. The diabetes " cure " they have is a liquid form. It seems like it's just peroxide. Weird.... Thanks for all the info! I'll check it out. herbal remedies, " Dragonhealer " <dragonhealing@a...> wrote: > Jessica, I couldn't open the web page, but it sounds fishy to me. Guest guest
Seems like their main ingredient for cancer remedies is chaparral. Unfortunately, I have no personal experience with this plant. Did a little digging and it looks like it is used topically for lacerations and pain; internally for parasites. Guest guest
Michael, I have a right to my opinion and instincts. I have since checked this out and I am even more concerned. I can't ever say for 100% sure that any one thing will work for somebody because everybody is different - can you? Because if you can, I'd like the secret to your psychic power lol! I am most suspicious because of my personal experiences, and that is what this group is about too - personal experiences. Extracts and magic bullet alternatives spouting testimonies all over the net is an alarm to me
Guest guest
hi i'm new to the group and hoping someone can help me. i am severely vitamin/nutrient deficient but don't know what supplements to take. it's so bad i can hardly stay out of bed some days. i have been given a blood test to see what i need and the sups didn't work. i have been hooked up to a holistic computer, that didn't work. i tried allergy immunology and ancient chinese herbs. i'm at my wits end. i still think i just need basic vitamins and mins and the blood test just didn't work. should i try hair analysis or is there something else. i've been told i might have leaky gut and i've also had my gall bladder taken out so i don't know if that's affecting me. my main problem is my body seems completely unable to build muscle no matter how much i work out. i don't want to be a bodybuilder, just have the strength to get out of bed. thanks to anyone who can help... mike
Guest guest
Hi Mickey, <i still think i just need basic vitamins and mins> You're probably right. You might want to consider an approach outlined in " The Gerson Therapy: The Amazing Program for Cancer and Other Illnesses " by Charlotte Gerson and Morton Walker. Don't let the cancer word put you off. The listing of diseases is long and includes things like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The program is both for prevention and cure it's basically built on the idea of pushing super-nutrition through diet and juicing and also detoxification--all pretty much without supplements which can actually throw off a needed balance of nutrients, known and unknown. Good luck. Claire
