Hi Cliff, December 20,

2002

In case you are keeping detailed records on people, I have now been able

to look at my record of my cancer. Following are pertinent dates:

Oct. 8, 2002 I first discovered the large lump in my breast because of the

pain.

Oct.11, I first saw the doctor (this was the soonest he could see me)

Oct. 14, I had an Ultra Sound which showed the mass plainly. (I had had a

Mamogram in August of 2002, which was declared all clear).

Oct. 15, 2002 I began eating 6 Tablespoons per day each of Flaxseed Oil and

cottage cheese.

October 18, I had the biopsy, which told the type cancer it was - " lobular

infiltrating carcinoma " .

October 21 I began on an intense program of vitamins, in order to boost my

immune system to the top.

Oct. 22 I began drinking 2 oz. a day of Essiac tea

November 8, 2002 first breast cancer marker test 26.27 was 16.7 - - -

completely within the normal range.

November 18, 2002 another marker test, 26.27 was 14.

My doctor told me that this cancer was not producing any of these kinds

of cells (which are looked for in the marker test 26.27), so there would be

no need to repeat this test. At the same time, Nov. 18, I had a different

test done - it was a marker test 15.3. Mine came back at 30 which was well

in the normal range. (anything below 35 was normal).

My doctor was going to talk to an oncologist and ask what is the best marker

test for breast cancer. Obviously my doctor cannot accept the idea that

maybe the cancer is gone. There is still a lump that can be felt, though

smaller than at first, and COMPLETELY WITHOUT ANY PAIN OR SORENESS.

If you are interested in keeping this record, to pass on to others, I

will keep you updated. Would you like me to do that?

Nan Parsons
