Guest guest Posted December 18, 2002 Report Share Posted December 18, 2002 A couple of months ago I started taking buffered C in addition to my muilti vitamin which puts me in the 1000 mg range. I was diagnosed with malignant hypertension in 1998, and have been on medication, herbs and stress reduction but this week I had my first perfectly normal BP reading in almost 5 years.
