Guest guest
I just met two people (adults) online who claim to have ADHD. One was on ritalin for a while but is now off it. Both swear they cannot live without their coffee. I know nothing of ADHD, but strongly suspect that coffee is exactly the wrong thing to take in quantity when one had ADHD. Can anyone suggest simple dietary guidelines with reasons, or a website or two which might nudge them in a useful direction. They have not asked me for health advice, but I just can't keep my yap shut when people brag about how they would " die without their coffee " when they already have difficulty maintaining focus.
