Guest guest
Hi, The discussion about oils and rancidity etc. is quite interesting. I must say that I seem in agreement with Frank. I am a simplistic type guy. I have only used Flaxseed/cottage cheese now for approximately eleven and a half years. I do not know all there is to know. For me, it is a powerful weapon against cancer. I don't get it rancid, and it doesn't become rancid. It works. Udo's oil is no doubt great stuff. Our problem is to get enough Omega 3 to balance the excess Omega 6 that there is in most of our diets. We don't need more Omega 6 for us ordinary eaters. One of my neighbors and former fellow teachers died a few weeks ago with cancer. I just recently found out. She knew about me and people had talked to her. She left an unused bottle of flaxseed oil in her refrigerator. Sometimes I feel the urge to make a nomination for a Darwin award but I am probably being overly cynical. Guest guest
Hey Cliff, Would you mind telling us a little about your state of health at the time of you to start using flax oil etc? I was in your group for awhile but I never did know much of the details etc. How long and how much flax oil have you used and with what results? How many others do you know of that used flax oil and what results? I saw that doseage and brands etc were discussed but I was always curious about the background stuff. kind regards, Frank Gettingwell , " Cliff Beckwith " <cliffb865@c...> wrote: > Hi, > > The discussion about oils and rancidity etc. is quite interesting.
