The injection was 3 months ago but still my joints ache like never before, I've gained nearly 20 pounds and have constant pain in my abdominal/uterine area. I have been doing the Atkins Diet, working to rid my body of yeast and walking daily, but there is no weight loss and I still ache, ache, ache! Any advice will be appreciated! Thanks! Guest guest Posted December 5, 2002 Report Share Posted December 5, 2002 I would check out using oxygen therapies for the yeast problem and cut dairy out of your diet, this helped me a lot with the yeast and pain I had in the abdominal/uterine area. I also use digestive enzymes because my food was not digesting, acidophilus products to restore the flora to combat the yeast. Until then did I start to lose weight, for protein sources I use fish, chicken, turkey and tempeh. I also juice low carb veggies, I don't eat any grains.
