Guest guest Posted December 3, 2002 Report Share Posted December 3, 2002 i am not going to have time to really read the whole thing for a couple of days but i scanned it.......and one, it appeared that part of the answer is taking out your emotions by hitting a pillow or something similar and two...cut out coffee, alcohol, recreational drugs, sugar...something to that effect.......is that right? i guess my question is what exactly have you done to feel better? and were you on meds and are you still? i have bad ocd and would be hesitant to go off them........however, i am sick of being anyway, i am new here and someone posted this site at an ocd club and i am checking it out........if you have time or someone else does that has had experience with this therapy, i would really like to know what you have done and how it has effected you....... appreciate any response but know that we are all busy etc so will not be offended if there is none peace and love, coleen Gettingwell, " terryoregon " <terryoregon> wrote: > All, > > Here's something that is working for me.
