Some years ago I took a product called PhenCal 106. It is for reducing carb binging and reduces weight gain. This worked for me. I took it for a few months and then I was all right. I don't need it anymore. Seems that I must have been low in something. I still have the bottle and will list the ingredients in case you may like to try a similar product. It does have chromium in it. Vitamin B6 (as 80% pyridoxine hydrochloride and 20% pyridoxal-5- phosphate) 30mg Chromium (as picolinate) 200mg DL-Phenylallanine 2700mg L-tyrosine 300mg L-Glutamine 150mg L-5-Hydroxytryptophan 6mg L-Carnitine (as Tartrate) 60mg Bottle says take 2 tablets 30 minutes prior to an eating occasion.
