A few suggestions:

1. Use ascorbic acid crystals & mix with water. Sip the solution

slowly. Start with a weak solution (1/4 tsp per cup & gradually

increase strength. I use 1 heaping teaspoon of C in 20 ounces of

water & use a water chaser to get the acid off my teeth.

2. Take the vitamin C tablets with food & not on an empty stomach.

3. If you drink milk, take vitamin C with milk instead of water.

4. Use buffered Vitamin C (Magnesium or Calcium Ascorbate) instead

of ascorbic acid in #1 or 2 above.

5. See http://www.doctoryourself.com/tabtaking.html from Frank's

last post (Doctor Yourself Newsletter)

When I was younger, I took about 6,000 mg of vitamin C, twice a day.

Now (age 58) I normally take about 30,000 mg of vitamin C each day

throughout the day & not in 2 big doses. When I am sick, I need

more.

Hello Donna

Did you take them on an empty stomach. Nausea is

common if you take vitamins with an empty stomach and

vitamin C is an acid which needs to be taken with food

to buffer the stomach lining.

Hope this helps

Best wishes

Chris
