Alobar,

The Chromium is :

500 mcg from chrome**

,15 mcg from yeast

It is writing to take one once a day with water.

I believe I should not have any yeast that could explain my comatose

experience.

I do not process sugar properly and I almost never eat any. Only lately

that I enjoy sweet a bit more and I cannot have any. As we grow older too,

our body does not process food the way it used too.

Any ideas if I should use it or not and how. That could have been the key

problem, I may have taken it without food...

What kind of chromium are you taking? Dose? With meals or

on an empty stomach?

Yes. Look for Niacin, not niacinamide. You want the

niacin flush (skin turning red & tingly).

I find that if I eat full nutritious meals which satisfy me,

I have almost no carbo cravings. If my meals are not satisfying or

if I do not eat regularly, I crave carbos.
