Guest guest
Morning JoAnn, >Creatine will create other problems when taken over the long term for >it is known to work by shifting bodily fluids around from one part of >the body to the other (beneficial for body builders) but will >eventually lead to bodily dehydration with long term use. I have been concerned about using creatine also. One of the products I use contains creatine. This product is Spirutein Sports by Natures Plus. Is there some specific amount that may cause problems? I know that some body builders go off deep end when taking various products. Recently I met one who was using dozens of egg whites per day. When I asked him about the egg yolks, it was obvious he had been brainwashed by the cholesterol scare. I wish he lived close to me. He could eat the whites and I would eat the yolks. Who do you think would live the longest? If you could find the article you referenced, I would like to have it, or the link. I seem to fare very well using the Spirutein Sports product. It has many good ingredients. I add a green product, two raw eggs and two tablespoons of flax oil to each drink. Wayne
