? shingles - vitamin C more.

Sorry, but I forgot to add that vitamin C would also after kiling the

virus, it would be the best agent for clearing the toxic debris left

behind from viral toxins from dieoff of the viral organisms.

 

This is where vitamin C really shines in attaching itself to invaders

and toxins and binding with them and carring them out of the body.
