Guest guest
Finally, an excellent technical article on the benefits of RAW Eggs. http://www.mercola.com/2002/nov/13/eggs.htm Wayne
Guest guest
Dr. Mercola states that two thirds of a million people in the U.S. contract salmonella - that's 666,666 people - from eating raw eggs, and those are only the reported cases associated with eating raw eggs. Reread the good doctor's article - it is quite convoluted. His article really gives good reasons for NOT eating raw eggs. I have been eating raw egg yolk for the past 20 years and never got sick. Not even a little bit. ;-) Only ever ate raw free range eggs directly from the farmer or organic ones from the store. No exception. Never could stomach the egg white, though. Even have a hard time with it cooked. Just my 1/2 cent... :-) Gabriela
