Guest guest
Dear Group, Yes, Kefir is a wonderful solution for thrush. If you have thrush then it is a pretty good guess that it could be in other parts of your system as well and not just your mouth. A link to a web site for making Kefir is run by a Guy named Dom in Oz. (Australia) He also has a large dealing with making and sharing Kefir. Kefir Site Dom's Kefir site. A great site on making and using kefir. http://users.chariot.net.au/~dna/kefirpage.html Kefir Making Group Good group for the art of making kefir, its alternative products, and their nutritional/health giving attributes. Kefir_making/ These links are also in our links section on our group site at: Gettingwell/links Real Kefir is NOT the same thing as the kefir that you buy in thr stores and is not biologically the same with the same yeasts and beneficial bacteria. Try his group and the site and you will love it and the effects from the kefir. It is the easiest food to make, you just plop the grains in milk and leave it alone. Tell him that I said Hi.
