My desktop is covered in saved articles from you to be read " properly " when I get a moment. I don't use butter or margarine and have not done so for years - but I do use Ghee for baking and cooking as well as olive oil (a good one of course), and Tahini spread on sandwiches/toast (in fact I'm a bit addicted to the tahini if I'm honest). I would be interested in your comments on Ghee. Would there be the same problems in the extraction process used to create the Ghee by the manufacturer.
