Guest guest
Evening John, I think I found the right message. It was a ways back up the line. >>I've had similar thoughts and suspicions. Great, we agree on that point. >But, there's one more consideration that needs to be cleared up. Aside from >the problem created for the " blood vessels themselves " by increased blood >pressure (which, I agree, could very easily be being overstated for obvious >reasons), there's the problem, that increased blood pressures may raise the >risk of a stroke or heart attack, by placing a continually greater burden on > " clogged " arteries. The danger is not that the arteries will not be able to >withstand the pressure, but that increased demands for oxygen and blood >flow, from heart and brain, cannot be met, because the arteries are >congested, hardened, or tend to constrict when they should dilate, or not >dilate enough. Everything you stated sounds like the " etched in stone " facts we have been led to believe. We all agree that misinformation exists relative to health and disease. I suppose 90% of the things we worry about came from sources that cannot be trusted. I have searched for the source of the BP standards and even asked a few doctors. The best answer I have been able to get was, " It was set by the AHA " . When, why, and how has been unanswered. Likely most of us have read about the doctor that announced to the world that AIDS is caused by HIV + . All other scientist were somewhat upset that this was done without a shred of evidence or any published research. This was a crime against the people and a crime against all the scientist in the world. Back to point 1. Most of the 3 letter organizations have been proven corrupt. These include the FDA, AMA, AHA, and ADA. Likely a dozen more may be in the same category. How do we know what to believe? The goal of these organizations is to produce sick people, not to produce healthy people. The ADA, American Diabetes Association does not spend one dollar on research to prevent diabetes. In addition, most of their recommendations have been proven wrong by many scientist. In my opinion, all of these organizations are too corrupt to be messing with our health. Specialist in disease are not necessarily specialist in health. Was it Benjamin Franklin who said, " the man who never reads a newspaper is better informed than the one who reads the newspaper every day " ? This was a long....... long, time ago. Possibly we would be better informed if we never read all the bogus information that has been released by these corrupt organizations. This week, I talked with a young bodybuilder in the health food store. He said he eats 30 egg whites per day. When I asked him, " What about the yolks " , he started mumbling about cholesterol. Many of my friends are dead and buried because they believed all the lies. Many of my friends who are still alive believe all the lies. This is the only reason I go to the trouble to write a short article for a small monthly publication in my home town. Hopefully, I can convince a few people to search for the truth.
