Guest guest
Finally, I found something whereas some suggests manually extracting nutrients from grass. I wonder why it is suggested that the grass be taken from shade. Many plants do not produce protein when growing in the shade. Japanese Honeysuckle is on one of the few plants that has the same protein content, whether growing in the sun or in the shade. Grasses In a survival situation, one way to extract nutrients is by locating a healthy patch of young grass growing in shade or partial shade. Chew some for several minutes so that the cell walls in the blades are crushed and the green juices are extracted and then swallowed. Spit out the pulp. Only very small quantities of the juice are needed to receive significant benefits, so you'll only need to chew a few mouthfuls each day.
