Guest guest
Evening John, We have a dilemma situation for sure. >>I'm having a problem with my protein drink. Everything you can find, has >something wrong with it. >> These drinks are not only almost >always too high in sugar, but are almost always too high in fat. >Every kind of protein powder has been condemned by one researcher or >another. It appears there are too many writers and most disagree. After we read and study for years, we wonder if we have been misled. One of my favorite raw foods, peanuts, are condemned by nearly everyone. I know they have lots of mold and fungus, and some likely have aflatoxin. Still, I eat them, mostly raw. We do boil them at times. My German shepherd will eat all the raw ones that I will shell for her. But..... she will not eat the boiled peanuts. Finally, I got the EFA profile done. While it is not an excellent copy, I do have it on the website with my other recent reports. If you would like to take a look, I would appreciate any comments. http://www.fugitt.com/bloodrep.htm The recent reports are dated August 15, 2002. I need to study each of the components on the EFA report. Some are very interesting indeed. Wayne
