I'm not aware that heart murmurs are any different in the very

old than the very young. Heart murmurs seem to be quite prevalent in

my family, young and old alike. I was quite shocked that I was able

to overcome this as I formerly thought it was irreversible. As to

whether its a genetic defect or whether its more related to diet and

lifestyle, is a matter of anyones' opinion. I tend to think its both.

 

Apparently there is help for a vast majority of heart

ailments if one takes the recommended herbs, vitamins and minerals.

There are a few herbs that tend to rebuild the heart muscles and

valves over a period of time. This varies with each individual. Some

take longer than others, depending on how much effort is put into it.

 

most people don't seem to be willing to give up the drugs and when

they continue to use drugs I wonder if they realize,

all they're really doing is counteracting the healing effects of

the herbs by depleting their bodies' existing stores

of CoQ10, Magnesium and other trace elements that are needful for

relaxing and healing heart muscles and valves.

These herbs strengthen the hearts pumping action also.

 

Of course you can present the information to her and as always its

her choice. I'm curious to know if shes already sold on alternatives

or currently in the care of an allopathic health professional.
