MSM and Collodial Minerals

After trying different dr prescribed medications for tendonitis

(most of this yr), I have decided to try MSM to relieve the

presistent soreness & pain in my arm. However, when I ordered the

MSM, the customer rep started to tell me how benefical Collodial

Minerals were for this also. I didn't order the minerals since I was

not that familar with the benefits. Does anyone have any

experience with either MSM or the minerals?

Thanks,

Angie

I would suggest that you try one thing at a time.

MSM is very good for muscle and joint pain. I wasn't

diagnosed with chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia but I

knew I had something along that line. I took MSM for

about 4 months and the pain went away. I must have

been really low in sulpher. Later I began feeling

another type of muscle pain and I was told to have

coloncs done.

My bowels weren't moving at all and the doctor suggested

it may be toxins backing up. Well he was right.

I also was suffering from fatigue and my head couldn't

think straight. Found out I was low in minerals and

suggested I take alfalfa along with digetive enzymes.

This was to support my thyroid also. Well it worked.

Alfalfa would be allot cheaper than buying the colliodal

minerals. Alfalfa is hard to digest that is why you

should take them with enzymes and also if you have an

absorbtion problem. I would buy the CM only if the

cheaper version isn't helping.

If you have some problem taking it, that is if it

doesn't agree with you, you can always use it in a

cream or a soak. My neighbor has very good results

with using it to help her arthritis.

I always sort of wonder why someone would not take reputable

collidial minerals? So many of our health problems come from the

body not being properly nourished to begin with.
