Guest guest
Dear DMM: Are you familiar with Amla, the Indian/Asian fruit that is used for its vitamin C content? It appears to be a very good source of the vitamin, naturally compounded with the bioflavonoids etc. that you mention. Your assertions that Pauling was on the right track, but that the whole natural C complex would work even better make a lot of sense. Amla powder may be one way to ingest an appreciable quantity of vitamin C without having to, say, eat 300 oranges a day :-) I appreciate your efforts to clear the air and maintain maturity and good will in the exchanges on this forum. best, Colin Yardley
Guest guest
Amla is a great option Colin also Acerola concentrates are good too. You can get just as much " c " from here as you'd get from the aa. The difference being getting much more bang for your buck.
