Jen,

Get Linus Pauling's book about Cancer. Read it three times, Then once a

week.

Then buy a lot of vitamin C Powder.

Take it every hour, until you get diarrhea from it then take e a little

less.

That is what I do.

Vitamin Deficency

Hi, I had a bad kidney infection last October and have never felt

very good since, feel dizzy and tired almost all of the time,I have

also lost weight and have digestive problems. I went back to the

doctors and he gave me a blood test which came back that I have

vitamin deficency. This just seems strange that I have a vitamin

deficency about a kidney infection, could this be right? I wont know

which vitamins until I have been back to the doctors next week. I am

also menopausal. Thanks Jen

Jen,

I'll jump in and ad that what I think is being referred to is an ascorbic acid

flush. It can be beneficial to flush the body this way to help treat flu,

cancer, aids, etc.... (from what I've learned.)

My knowledge of it is to start with 1000 mg of ascorbic acid in a cup of water

or juice (use either Ester-C - can be found at health food stores) Drink every

1/2 hour until diarrhea results. You should be keeping track (by teaspoon) from

when you started until the diarrhea began just how much total ascorbic acid was

used during that time. Take that total and subtract 1 teaspoon. The amount you

come up with will be the amount you take every 4 hours for one to two days.If

during the 1 - 2 days diarrhea starts again, reduce the dosage again.

This amount is for adults only. I've not yet tried this myself. Maybe someone

else can jump in if they have or if I am wrong on anything. Went back to my

Prescription for Nutritional Healing book for reference and the amounts I've

stated are what's listed in the book.
