I bought bilberry extract as it was recommended in my natural healing book on

diabetes to help control blood sugar. The only thing is that it also has

organic grape alcohol. Now I am wondering know the high sugar content of grapes

if this isnt fighting the purpose of the bilbery. Can anyone tell me what

organic grape alcohol is???

Hi there,

Here is a recipe for hemroids. It is for comfort from the burn and the terrible itch from . I use it every 2 or 3 day and it keeps me very comfortable.

Wonderful, Gentle Hemorrhoid Suppositories

1) Fold aluminum foil around large straight drinking straws.

2) Slip the straw out and pinch the bottom closed

3) Stand open end up in a glass; or fold foil into little folds of 1/2",

4) Lay on counter.

5) Heat cocoa butter up and

6) Pour into straws or folds.

When cool, freeze 30 minutes.

Gently and quickly peel off the foil,

Cut into 1-1/2" pieces, and keep in freezer.

Enjoy!

Marilyn

Diluting witch hazel and applying it to the area or a sitz bath can help with the pain on a temporary basis. Are you drinking enough water? Becky "ravenlive1963 <ravenlive1963" <ravenlive1963 wrote: Hey anybody know of anything to help with hemrolds problem as of herbs or other natural remedies.

Ahem...I've been known to have a bit of this problem myself.

IMHO it's best controlled through a diet high in fiber, such as

lentils and rice and lots of cooked vegetables. Constipation is

the enemy of H; you know how painful straining can be.I also

recommend hot sitz baths. For me, this has always relaxed the

area I would also suggest you first try slippery elm capsules, two

with each meal. See if they make you feel less pain when you go

#2.

H is actually varicose veins in the area, you know. So lots of

vitamin C and E are very healing.
