Guest guest
Diluting witch hazel and applying it to the area or a sitz bath can help with the pain on a temporary basis. Are you drinking enough water? Becky "ravenlive1963 <ravenlive1963" <ravenlive1963 wrote: Hey anybody know of anything to help with hemrolds problem as of herbs or other natural remedies. Guest guest
Ahem...I've been known to have a bit of this problem myself. IMHO it's best controlled through a diet high in fiber, such as lentils and rice and lots of cooked vegetables. Constipation is the enemy of H; you know how painful straining can be.I also recommend hot sitz baths. For me, this has always relaxed the area I would also suggest you first try slippery elm capsules, two with each meal. See if they make you feel less pain when you go #2. H is actually varicose veins in the area, you know. So lots of vitamin C and E are very healing. Fran
