There is a difference. I have a blood analysis of a 48 year old female that shows two columns. The first one is 9-10-2001 and the other is 11-19-2001 . The improvement you see is for 60 days (plus a few ) only, and the only change the person made was adding salt and water to the diet. This was a measured amount of salt and water daily. The value and use of salt is one of the many things whereas the whole picture has been warped and distorted. In addition, if Mainstream medical says to do it, it us usually DEAD WRONG. My complete collection of blood reports.......: http://www.fugitt.com/bloodrep.htm And the direct link to the one mentioned above.....: http://www.fugitt.com/blood/female48.jpg I think the minimum daily target for salt is about 2500 mg. Typically, I keep a container in my pocket, in my range box, and in my truck. I never want to be very far from a quantity of salt, just like water. I would kill to get water and salt. Hopefully I never have to do that. Something that few people know is that the blood electrolytes can get so dangerously out of balance that the body will trigger a production of insulin just to get them back in balance. I think this alone could be a contributing factor to one becoming diabetic. Without reservation, I think there is a strategic plan in force to create diabetics. And.... the misinformation about salt and water in one of the parts. Salt cures and corrects many ailments. So...... what takes the place of adequate salt ?
