i want to tell you that we have to face cancer or tomprotect our bodies from

this dangerous disease by eating these foods:

 

cauliflowers, brocolli that contains phytochemicals.

 

onions, garlic, contains allyl compounds

 

lemon,orange and other vit. c sources like sweet pepper , kiwi

 

soya contains phytoestrogens

 

tea,especially green tea containsphenols , flavonoids

 

tomato, fresh,cooked,pastecontains lycopene

 

finally it is found that eating at least 5 serving of fruits and vegetables

everyday will reduce 20%or more cancer risk
