Below is a link to Karl Loren website and an article on the merits of low

carb eating. The graphic style is hyperbolic as in extravagant -- but lots

of valuable links!!

How Strange Our Diet Is!

Our Government recommends EXACTLY the wrong diet, and  we eat it!

It is painfully obvious to me that the medical profession urges you to use

EXACTLY the wrong diet for diabetes, and for that matter, heart disease.  The

government then enforces this wrong diet.  Unbelievably they tell you that it

is OK to eat sugar and that your diet should be high in carbohydrates, low in

protein.  The exact opposite of these recommendations is the truth.

In all my 15+ years of exposing government lies, this is now the biggest and

worst of them all!

These Government-recommended diets CAUSE diabetes and heart disease!  This

page was first published in 2000.  Now, near the end of 2001, the government

is finally admitting that the data here is true!

Here is a note added in June 2002.  The US government is finally looking at

its own food proportion recommendations as a possible cause of the poor

health and overweight in  America.  Click here to read a June 2002 article in

the Wall Street Journal on the Food Pyramid.  Another article in that same

WSJ describes how various food companies are starting to worry that they will

be sued, like the tobacco companies, for misleading people into thinking that

their food was healthy.  Of course, much of it is not!
