Hi Lorenzo,

I'm smiling now because I also think that Trader Joe is a great store. I

regret that my post implied something different to you.

<<It is over 100 miles in any direction from where I live between Wal-Mart

stores--but we have one 15 miles from my house..----- If you can't find

one I wonder just how far apart they are in New Jersey, Where you live?>>

I live in East Brunswick which is close to a few Wal-Marts. I have never

seen frozen foods at any of these locations. It is possible I missed those

aisles and I will certainly ask about it

<<he wild Coho Salmon I bought at Wal-Mart last week was as delicious as any

Salmon I ever caught and flash froze myself. ----------I lived on the

Pacific Ocean for many years-------------- please let me be your authority

on West Coast Salmon.>>

I certainly will.

<<My experience is that any Salmon reasonably well cared for is great.

The

Salmon you " tried to eat " is cause for a serious confrontation with the

selling store. If it was as bad as you say------------maybe you should have

reported it

to the Health department.>>

My lord, I have to reread my original post....certainly never meant to imply

that it was rotted or in any way dangerous to one's health. It was just very

dry and blah tasting.

<<he On the other hand you may not realize that wild Salmon is very delicious

until a cook ruins it..... How was the fish you ate cooked?>>

LOL...I just put a little olive oil and seasoning on it and broil it. I

can't stop laughing, I accept responsibility for ruining it cause I

certainly don't want to argue about it.

<< Are you sure it was Salmon.>>

I am positive about that. I definitely can read.
