Guest guest
I have to make a decision soon on whether or not to have surgery to correct a condition I have called primary hyperparathyroidism. One of my parathyroid glands is producing too much parathyroid hormone and this creates a condition in which their is too much calcium in my blood. This could lead to kidney stones which I don't want to happen because I have a kidney disease named iga nephropathy. If it happens it might mean I would have soon have to have dialysis. My doctor told me I should have the operation so I could have the bad parathyroid gland removed and prevent that from happening. I would much prefer to find an alternative healing method. I have to decide soon because I have an appointment with a surgeon on July 30. Some people have suggested that I try naturopathy and detox my body and go on to some type of nutrition and herb therapy. Any thoughts or ideas will be appreciated. Thanks, Richard

There is another good alternative method, which is called Buteyko breathing. It is new and was developed by Russian medical professor Buteyko for asthma and hypertension. Currently, western Buteyko practitioners also treat sleep apnea, snoring, thyroid (para- too), and some other problems. Often they give full money back guarantee (e.g., for asthma). You may try to search for the practitioner in your area.
