Guest guest
Good Evening, I just finished reading the book, Alkalize or Die by Dr. Theodore A. Baroody. I did not find too much that was startling or controversial. I was wondering if anyone else has read it and has any ideas. Also, I would be interested if anyone has practiced this over a period of time. In doing more research, I find information on the web that is different as to food acidity/ alkaline status. This time of year, it is easy for me to eat a lot of alkaline type foods. In other seasons, it may be harder. I was somewhat distressed to find that blueberries are one of the few fruits that are acid producing other than plums and cranberries. Oh well, I still munch out on the blueberries from time to time. Then..... I have to eat two or three large tomatoes to balance all this. I find myself eating all day ( very little acid food). I don't believe one can eat enough fresh raw food to cause a problem.
