Guest guest
Does anyone know where to get more information on the nutritional values of grapeseed oil? This statement is from http://grapeseedoilcorp.com/medical.html several other places sell the oil also just search with Google and take your pick if you want to buy it mail order, some stores sell it. I have not found cold pressed oil; however some sellers say the alcohol solvent expressed grapeseed oil is almost totally free of any solvent residue. It appears that it should be examined more carefully, especially because it can be used for cooking. One seller claims that the better Chefs in Europe use it. Lorenzo GRAPESEED OIL Is a polyunsaturated oil that is rich in linoleic acid. At 68 - 76%, it contains the highest amounts of linoleic acid among any oil or food source. Guest guest
I use a metasearch search engine. Whereas you may search something with, say, Google, when I use my metasearch engine, I use Google + up to twelve other search engines simultaneously. It takes no longer to use it than one search engine at a time. Duplicate searches are deleted. It lists all of the results with a small blurb about each. Etc....What is it? I thought you would never ask. You can download the basic engine, which is more than adequate for most people, for free at: www.copernic.com Morton Lorenzo wrote: > Does anyone know where to get more information on the nutritional values of > grapeseed oil? >
Guest guest
Or you can try this one from the United States Department of Agriculture: - Type http://www.nal.usda.gov/ in browser window. Enter. New window opens. - from column at left, click on " Search NAL Web Site " . New window opens. - click on " other databases " . New window opens. - scroll down list to " USDA Nutrient Database Standard Reference " (second from bottom) Click on it. New windowopens. - You are there, or here, anyway, you are somewhere. - Before you use it, create a shortcut to this site for future use and reference: - Put cursor arrow on a blank spot in this page. - Right click the mouse. A menu opens. - Left click on " create a shortcut " . A dialogue box opens: " Create Internet Shortcut " - Left click on O.K. The next time you turn on your computer, on the desktop will be an icon, which, if you click on it, it will take you directly to this search page. To use this " Search " , type a food (i.e. grape seed oil) in the rectangular window and hit Enter. Sometimes you will get a list of items containing the food; select the one you want to research, put the arrow onto it, left click, and VOILA! I hope that I got it right.
