Guest guest Posted June 16, 2002 Report Share Posted June 16, 2002 Hello everyone, Can the tea leaves of the the tea used to brew the Kombucha be left in as its being brewed? Is it only a matter of personal taste to separate the brewed tea from the leaves before putting it together with the Kombucha tea, scoby, sugar to start a new batch a brewing? Will the " spent " tea leaves interfere with the Kombucha as it " brews?
