Article by Karl Loren on diet and diabetes. Karl makes the startling point here

that the officially recommended diet from the American Diabetes Association is

EXACTLY the diet that causes diabetes. A similar point is made that the diet

recommended by the American Heart Association is EXACTLY the diet that causes

heart disease. You could view such astounding allegations as so extreme as to

not warrant a minutes' time! But, once you read any of Karl's works you'll find

that he is very convincing -- backing up THIS article on diet, for instance,
