The way that I read it, you could take vit c, or did I read that wrong?

Thanks for the info, Marianne. The links point out the

problem without providing any work-arounds. I eat large quantities

of both spinach & ginger & do not want to cut back on either. Both

are high in oxalic acid. I was hoping there is something I could do

(adding a vitamin, drinking more water, or something similar) which

would help negate the dangers of oxalic acid without me having to

moderate foods which I eat because I feel they are good for me.

I already take large quantities of vitamin C. Maybe I am

already doing all I need to do to prevent oxalic acid complications.

Just checking to see if there is more I can do. Thanks.
