Guest guest
Thanks for the info, Marianne. The links point out the problem without providing any work-arounds. I eat large quantities of both spinach & ginger & do not want to cut back on either. Both are high in oxalic acid. I was hoping there is something I could do (adding a vitamin, drinking more water, or something similar) which would help negate the dangers of oxalic acid without me having to moderate foods which I eat because I feel they are good for me. Guest guest
I already take large quantities of vitamin C. Maybe I am already doing all I need to do to prevent oxalic acid complications. Just checking to see if there is more I can do. Thanks.
