Guest guest
Yes Wayne, I Lorenzo think that you found a commercial for Margarine. Until 75 years ago there were not oils similar to Margarinde3 available to eat. I also think that the analysis is very shallow; the body makes cholesterol or dies. Keep searching--there is truth if you can find it and if then you recognize it! A huge increase in disease caused by malnutrition started some time ago about 50 or 75 years. I think lit was due to sugar getting very cheap and vegetable;e oils replacing lard and coconut oils. I think the saturated fat " Thing " is shallow, in that some saturated fat is very beneficial! There are many news articles creeping into our lists that insidiously try to corrupt our thinking. Some say they are paid for by firms that sell medicines to cure malnutrition. I think this article is suspect. Just remember eat what people ate 200 years ago----------that is very little sugar and very little white flour and no " strange " ingredients! You will have to prepare most food yourself- but you will feel much better. Lorenzo >>>>>>>>> Wayne Fugitt <wayne Butter vs Margarine >>>>>>>While researching essential fatty acids, Dr. Budwig, and trans fats, I came across the block below. The block below creates some questions in my mind as to the acceptability of the complete article. While some if may be true, the third paragraph is the one that is doubtful. It seems to emphasize that the blood cholesterol comes from the food we eat. >>>>Can anyone tell me what they think? Here is the complete article.....: http://www.andrews.edu/NUFS/trans.html Wayne
