Gabriela,

 

I saw your post re: virgin cocount oil and not getting sunburned. Do you

use it as a sunblock, or ingest it?

Actually, both...:-) It is part of my daily diet and I also use it topically

when I am outside. For the skin I like to mix it with my regular lotion

(Aubrey) because the skin seems to absorb it so slowly and it tends to be

really sticky (on my skin anyway). There is a list about coconutoil and

coconut products in general @

(coconut-info- ). The owner is Brian Shilhavy who

produces the virgin oil in the Philippines. I have learned a lot there.
