Any suggestions for sprains?

I am sure that there are herbal soaks and poultices for

a sprained ankle but something that I find very helpful

is a magnetic wrap. I got one in K-Mart. If the sprain

is really bad you can add ice packs too. But some people

are sensitive to magnets, so if you feel not well when

using them, DONT USE THEM! Use only the - Negative pole

side of the magnet, it sedates. The + South pole stimulates

and only should be used by consulting with a doctor.
