Evening Morton,

I am not sure what you mean. From a body compatibility standpoint

or a manageability standpoint.....?

It is relatively new to me also. I have only used it two ways. I have

fried eggs in coconut oil and mixed it with peanut butter.

The peanut butter mix is not bad. I use 1 part pb and 1 part

cno. Then.... I blend in honey and molasses until it tastes just

right. Typically I eat 16 ounces per week. I eat about 1/2 ounce per

serving, a few times per day when I feel like I want a snack or have hint

of a hunger pain.

I don't know yet if it has done any good. I feel better now and have

unlimited energy. Also, I can go all day with virtually no food. Today I

had two sausage patties for breakfast, only a few raw peanuts ( very few )

and about 6 protein wafers. For supper I had my super drink which has 16

ounces of skim milk, one raw egg, a fiber product,

a green power product, and two full scoops of Natures Plus Sports

powder. I use this as a meal substitute.

I worry that I am not eating enough but I am not loosing any

weight. SO..... I must be getting enough nutrients.

The coconut oil is the most ornery food I have ever seen. I have though

about building a temperature controlled box to store it in.
