Guest guest
>>We don't have Black Raspberries in the UK - would they be the same as our Blackberries do you think? These are very easy to come by in the season and really tasty.>> Now this is interesting-- Always expect confusion between food names between areas of the world. Do you have Blackberries called Evergreen or Himalayan? Raspberries are very different from what we call Blackberries in the USA. Black raspberries grow well in Western Oregon so they should do well in The UK. Black raspberries far smaller than our Blackberries, they are like Red Raspberries but smaller. Some people here call them Blackcaps. I would expect that you could buy a Black Raspberry plant in the UK from some source. They are rare and, never have seen them commercially available. All berries are excellent food and considered Paleo! To join the Paleo list, send and Email to CaveManFood- Lorenzo
