Hello,

I grow certified organic at-risk woodland herbs and I am interested in

all of the spiritual aspects of the forest. I make medicinals;

especially in relation to children.

I am looking for presenters to do workshops at our 2nd annual

conference. I also need more vendors, if you would be interested, or

pass this on to your list I would really appreciate it. MOUNTAIN

TRADITION HERB CONFERENCE

WE ARE COUNTING DOWN TO THE CONFERENCE

SIGN UP NOW

130 until Sep 13

Imagine yourself lying on your back in a grassy meadow with the

whipoorwills singing and crickets nocturnally chirping their songs of

nature as you gaze up at the infinite stars created by the Great Spirit.

The moon is in its first phase and a gentle brook bubbles distantly as

fireflies playfully dance about the meadow and at the edge of the woods

surrounding it. The wind whispers softly through the grass of the meadow

as a coyote howls its song to all that may hear him from a nearby

mountain.. You are at peace within yourself and with the nature

enveloping you. This is a true gift from our creator.. written by Elan

This is what you will get to enjoy at our Mountain Tradition Herb

Conference.

based upon the ancient musical modes of Greece and Israel. " We will be

intertained by " Angelyn Debord " . Of her inspiration as a writer and

performer, Angelyn says, " I didn't grow up hearing the television or

even the radio. I grew up hearing the sounds of the high mountains

behind my house. The trees whispering in the wind, and the marvelous

music of the streams that cascade down through the Smokey Mountains.

I heard the wild voices and easy laughter of my cousins as we romped and

played  " Let's pretend " games all over these mountains.  I heard the

voices of my mother, my granny and my great-great aunt Roxie as they

worked in the garden, or picked blackberries, or bent over the quilting

frames.  The stories they told were full of humor and history. I was

young and easily imprinted with the cadence and rhythm of these voices,

these sounds.  They were my music and remain the favorite music in my

life today:  the sound of human beings, quietly going about their day

to day activities, with a light heart and a determined spirit. " Among

her playwright credits is critically acclaimed PRAISE HOUSE.
