If so what is used for the B vitamin content. I agree with your views, we

should ideally not take any man made vitamin/mineral products, as in the long

run it puts more stress on our bodies.

 

There are some very good totally natural products, and lets hope the snoopy

pharmaceuticals keep their ugly noses out.

I do not think it matters one bit whether the vitamins are extracted

from plants, grown in vats of yeast, or synthesized in the lab so long as

the molecular structure is identical. Vitamin E is a good example. The

manmade stuff has mixed optical rotation & only one of them is active. So

I avoid bottles which try & sell me capsules with mixed optical rotation.

But in vitamin C, there is (as far as I know between synthesized &

extracted, other than cost -- and I appreciate cheap vitamins whenever

possible.
