Guest guest
what ever you do if you want them to keep reading don't get too radical until you've written about 4-6 columns. why not start out about how the most important thing about nutrition is getting " it " naturally from the foods we eat every day. But naturally means the way we were meant to get it and not in the adulterated fashion that the processed food industry is calling natural by tossing back into the " slop " a few nutrients and vitamins and calling their product " enriched. " Why not take a few foods that should supply the various vitamins that body needs to function (and why the body needs these) and show how they " do " supply them in their natural state and how they " don't " when they are processed or even how much less of their vitamin and nutrient content are diminished by non-organic means of farming. boy i think i've just chased away your readership. . .start way slower than what I've just said. Remember you have to figure out a way to catch their attention but not choke them with to much to do to soon. give them something easy to do like just adding one thing to their diet. . .say building up their fiber intake by adding flax seed to their diets or other forms of fiber. Yeah get a few of them to start having a good healthy bowel movement and maybe you'll gather a following!!! i don't envy your task. . .what an awsome responsibility. joseph in NC
