Dear Group,

I am sorry if I come across as harsh, but I receive messages every

week and some times daily of people telling me what not to post, what

to post, how to post etc.

After awhile it gets to be quite tiresome.

I liken it to a situation where you start something for a group say

eating in common. Initialy most contribute something, even if some

more than others, to the meal and all benfit.

Most enjoy the meal and see the benefit. Some although they don't

want to help in the preparation or much of the work, think they

somehow get to direct the efforts of the others in the preparation of

the meal or what is being served and how. They start ordering people

to cook to please them. They do a small part, or nothing of the work

involved, but want to automatically be able to take over the

directing part. How they come to this conclusion, is beyond me, but

it is a constant with people.

If you do not like the meal that someone else prepares, prepare your

own meal. Or cook something to bring to the meal in the way that you

like it and hopefully others will too. But stop telling others what

to cook, how to cook it, serve it, etc. especially if you do not do

much or any of the work involved.

regards,

Frank

So we are all suppossed to change for their benefit. Sometimes they

say this with very sweet words all the way to the other extreme of

being rude.

the way that they want it personally.

statements about an issue of alternative health and back it up with

basically nothing. No references, no logic, no critical thinking just

I say so. That might be great if you are an acknowledged expert and

we know of your work, but almost all of us fall outside of that

category. But still many come to this list and say things as if they

are an expert and expect us to accept things such as their statements

at face value. This list was started to get away from all of the so

called self styled experts of which most of the other lists are full

of and in my opinion also full of usually low quality or near

wothless information.

I just wanted to say that I REALLY appreciate all of the time and

effort you people put into making this site such a great place to

visit. I have learned so much here and am applying it to mine and my

families lives. I also enjoy passing the information onto others to

help them. I REALLY appreciate the in-depth articles that you take

the time to research and post for us. Keep up the great work here.

Also, I love to send people to the alternative message boards for

some great education. Lynn
