Dear Members and Friends -

Many of you know that the reason you haven't heard from me is that I have been

out of town

on a statewide petition drive to put the Judicial Accountability Initiative Law

on the ballot in

November. I truly believe that Vaccination Liberation and our right to abstain

from medical

experimentation is a moot point if we have unconstitutional laws passing in our

states', such as

the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act AND courts that are ruled by judges

who do not

abide by their oath of office to uphold the state and national constitutions,

violate court rules and

ignore or suppress evidence, violate due process, etc...... I have had two cases

personally, one

involving vaccines and my daughter, that I did not have a court to go to that I

could trust to rule

in my favor even though the Idaho state laws were in my favor in both cases. You

see, being

married to The Idaho Observer and observing numerous court cases, I have learned

from first hand experience the crisis our country is facing in terms of our

corrupt court system.

So rather than go into anymore detail, I encourage everyone of you to get

involved with the

J.A.I.L. chapter or contact person in your state. If you are facing the passage

of MEHPA in

your state (or it has already passed), the only REAL remedy I can see is to get

J.A.I.L.

introduced through your legislature (we failed here after 2 years) or do what we

are doing -- a

citizen's initiative. Go to www.jail4judges.org and go to state pages... get

involved! Protect your

right to abstain from medical experimentation before it is too late!

 

On a more positive note, VacLib is exploding --literally! Dewey, our webservant,

tells me that we

are having the equivalent of 4-5 large books of information accessed from our

website DAILY.

We have chapters forming in Florida (covering the southeast U.S.), Pennsylvania,

New Jersey

and southern Idaho. Many are looking at different names for their groups. Alan

Yurko came

up with Vaccine Information and Liberation (VIAL) which will be used for Florida

and southern Idaho.

At this time, I believe all new chapters are clear that they will be

representing the VacLib mission

statement and are proud to be " anti-vaccine " . We all know that, given enough

" information " ,

no one would ever consider that vaccines have the potential of being safe OR

effective.

As Dewey says, " all one has to do is look at the ingredient list --all known

poisons! "

So be proud to share VacLib information with others. The walls are beginning to

crumble and

we are finding more and more people open to the fact that vaccines cause

disease.

and make copies to share with others. A big thank you goes to Penney and Mary

for spending

countless hours researching and compiling our latest fact sheets for sharing.

There will be a VacLib board meeting on Saturday, March 30 at 2 PM at

Sue Denton's home in Hayden. If you are in the area, we welcome your input.

Our workshop scheduled for April 13 is being postponed to a later date

and is now called -- Empowering Families with Natural Healthcare Information.

We will be discussing new state chapters, our Spring VacLib Letter (deadline

is now April 13 for submissions), special guest speaker, August workshop,

outreach, letters to the editor, etc. Call Sue at 772-6432 if you are planning

to

attend.

Monday --I am going out of town again for a couple days. Tanya Turner, our
