Smart approach: Ask everyone -GO with what seems to make common sense.

 

Please forgive me- may I suggest using Google Search Engine, or perhaps

others will have a response.

 

On " gettingwell " and " flaxseedoil2 " lists are several persons with wide

interests.

 

Mike Martin loves to do research; This would be a good topic for him!

Besides I owe Mike a Complement for all his good work which we do not always

fully appreciate.

 

My own interest is in rebuilding one's health by optimum nutrition; thereby

developing a strong immune system to fight all things--Most probably at this

time in world History, Omega 3 and the B and C vitamins are major

considerations.
